A random Clee moment...

I've created a list of all the things I can actually cook without a recipe, excluding really basic things like rice and toast and scrambled eggs. The result? A very short and very sad list.

1. Omelets
2. Chicken & tomato stir-fry... as a matter of fact, chicken and anything stirfry
3. Spaghetti
4. Ddok bokhi
5. Chicken katsu
6. Shrimp tempura
7. Curry rice
8. Insalata caprese
9. Pasta salad

Want to come over for a dinner of spaghetti and curry rice???

SJ-isms:

  • "You are just 100 kinds of lame."

  • "I want a Filish o' Fay". [apparently saying Filet O' Fish is a tongue twister]

  • "It is a stove after all."

  • [before someone takes our photo] Clee: "I can't stand on this side because my double chin shows."

    SJ: "That's all sides."

No longer are the days of wandering around the mall only to leave empty-handed. Now, I come out of the mall looking like Gabrielle from Desperate Housewives. By the time I left Stanford Shopping Center today, I had 3-4 shopping bags chock full of stuff.

This was the best picture I could find of Gaby & shopping bags, but if you recall this episode, she had just come back from shopping before Bree came over and confronted her about shipping off Danielle to Perchik Modeling Academy for the summer (as a ploy to keep her away from John).

What better way to end Christmas Day than by watching a fun, heart-warming flick? Enter The Holiday. Rather than get into all the details about the movie, can I just say I LOVED Kate's ensemble throughout the entire film? I'm now on a quest to find earrings like the ones she wore.

I also like the fashionably thin scarf that's there purely for looks and not for warmth. ;-)

I feel like I'm purging out all these blog posts! Due to technical difficulties, I wasn't able to create & publish new posts for awhile, but everything's cleared up. Now let me share with you this hilarious video I came across thanks to my good coworker RobK. Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg. I gotta say, this might just top Lazy Sunday.

I finished watching The Good Girl yesterday. This is the second time I've seen Jake Gyllenhaal in a role where his character suffered from unrequited love. You gotta hand it to him- he plays it well. Hopefully that doesn't mirror his real love life.

Oh, and if you haven't yet seen this AWESOME video, I highly recommend checking it out. Nickey's star is rising.

Enjoying my last couple hours before I become one year older. Sigh.
